Terms of Service

By accessing or using GymPro, you agree to these Terms and any commercial terms expressly provided to you for your access. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use GymPro for a business, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that business.

GymPro is a gym-management software platform being developed to help gym owners manage members, attendance, renewals, enquiries, trainers, operational payment records, expenses, receipts, reports and related business visibility in one connected system. Features may vary by access status and product stage.

You must be legally capable of entering an agreement and authorized to operate the gym workspace you create or access. Owner accounts are intended for adults acting for a fitness business.

You must provide accurate account and gym information, maintain a valid email address, complete required verification, and keep information reasonably current. GymPro may reject or pause an account that cannot be verified or safely associated with an authorized gym.

You are responsible for protecting credentials, devices and authorized-user access. Notify GymPro promptly at founder@gympro.in if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or authentication links.

The gym owner is responsible for lawful operation of the gym, accuracy of records entered into GymPro, membership and pricing decisions, staff supervision, customer communications, receipts and compliance with obligations applying to the gym.

Where GymPro supports staff access, the owner decides who is authorized and must remove access when it is no longer required. Actions taken through an authorized account may be treated as actions of the gym, subject to available security evidence.

The gym determines which member, prospect and staff information it enters. It must provide required notices, obtain permissions where necessary, respond to member requests and avoid entering information that is excessive, unlawful or unrelated to the service.

You must not:

• Access another gym’s workspace or test security without written authorization.
• Upload malware, disrupt the service or evade technical safeguards.
• Use GymPro for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Store payment credentials, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.

Access may be provided through a trial, pilot, early-access arrangement or separately agreed paid entitlement. The public website does not currently offer self-service paid checkout or publish paid-plan prices. Applicable plan scope will be disclosed before a paid arrangement is accepted.

If paid access is offered, the applicable fee, billing method and taxes will be stated in the order, invoice, invite or other commercial communication provided before payment. No fee or tax term is created merely by visiting this website.

GymPro does not publish a default automatic-renewal or billing-period rule on this website. Any renewal terms for paid access must be expressly disclosed in the applicable commercial arrangement.

Cancellation conditions for a paid, pilot or early-access arrangement are the conditions disclosed before payment or otherwise agreed in writing. Billing questions may be sent to founder@gympro.in. The separate Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the current pre-launch position.

Eligible users may be offered trial or early access. Availability, duration and eligibility are determined by the active product configuration or the written access arrangement. Trial access may be limited, changed or ended where needed for security, abuse prevention, product changes or completion of the stated access period.

GymPro is under active development. Features, interfaces and supported workflows may change. GymPro will avoid presenting unimplemented roadmap items as guaranteed commitments and will use reasonable care when changes materially affect an active commercial arrangement.

GymPro and its software, design, branding, documentation and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during authorized access.

If you provide product suggestions, you permit GymPro to use them to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential business records or personal information.

GymPro currently relies on Google Firebase services for authentication, database, server-side functions and controlled file storage. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. GymPro is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

GymPro aims to provide a useful and secure service but does not publish a guaranteed uptime commitment. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, network failures or product changes may interrupt access.

Access may be suspended or terminated when an entitlement expires, payment status does not support continued access, the account creates a security risk, these Terms are materially breached, or continued service would be unlawful. Where appropriate, GymPro may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Supported reports and exports are available for certain operational data. Broader access or deletion requests may be sent to founder@gympro.in. Requests may require identity and authority verification, and some records may be retained for security, recovery, dispute or legal purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, GymPro is provided on an “as available” basis. GymPro does not guarantee that every feature will meet every business requirement or that records entered by users are accurate. Owners remain responsible for financial, membership, employment and legal decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GymPro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. No monetary liability cap is published here because the appropriate allocation must be confirmed in the relevant commercial agreement and by professional legal review. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, a business using GymPro is responsible for claims arising from its unlawful data collection, unauthorized access grants, misuse of the service, or breach of these Terms. The precise scope of any indemnity for paid access should be stated in the applicable commercial agreement.

GymPro may update these Terms as the product and commercial model develop. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.

A default governing state, court or arbitration process has not yet been approved for publication. The governing law and forum for a paid or pilot arrangement should be stated in its signed commercial terms. This section requires owner and professional legal confirmation.
